2. Different political parties and leaders often level allegations against one another.
3.Parties and candidates often use dirty tricks to win elections.

Merits:-
1. It give every party equal chance to compete with each other .
2. If political competition is not there, elections will become pointless. 
3. Political leaders are motivated by the desire to advance their political careers.

2.it gives right to choose our government.

3.which party gives good livelyhood to people choosen by own thoughts.
