Why do we prefer to use a wrench of longer arm?

I THINK it's because, if the effort arm is longer than the load arm, the machine acts as a force multiplier which means you can do a LOT with little effort.

because torque required to tighten or lossened a bolt depends upon force and length of wrench.
If we take a wrench of longer arm force required to produce same effect will become small.
If we take a wrench of longer arm force required to produce same effect will become small.
