because air is filled with water vapour and when they get in contact with a cold surfaces they settel with it and can be seen as water droplets

it is because ice cold water has very low temperature which makes the Tumbler so cold . so, when air comes in contact of cold glass then the air gets condensed and get deposited on the glass in the form of tiny water droplets .
