Sometimes we see water droplets on the outer surface of the glass containing ice-cold water this isbecause the water vapour presents in air, on coming in contact with the coldglass of water, loses energy and gets converted to liquid state, which we seeas water droplets.

Here is your answer

_______________________

This is due to the reason that the water vapours present in Air , on coming in contact with the cold surface of the glass, lose energy and get condensed or get converted into the liquid state , which we see as water droplets .
