why does our heartbeat increses after running . is ti true that blood flow increses to breakdown the lactic acid completely

heartbeat increases because at that point of time we get less supply of oxygen to breathe and we need more supply of blood to regain our strength or energy.

Our heartbeat increase after running because our muscle needs more oxygen and nutrients and to remove corbondioxide. The lactic acid rises.
