Heya!!

This is because , glacial acetate is a weak acid and as a result does not alter the ph suddenly.

Thanks!!❤❤

Question:-

Why do we use glacial acetate to adjust the ph/buffer not hcl?

Answer:-

✍Hydrochloric acid is highly acidic and will raise the range of pH unlike glacial acetate which does not bring about a high change in pH value.
