Moderate-intensity long physical exercises can make us much hungrier than the short yet high-intensity workouts.
Even if you get dehydrated it may also cause you very hungry immediately after you finish your physical exercise. When our blood sugar level goes down after intense physical workout the craving for food becomes huge.
Our brain wants to replenish the need of sugar. So, it is better to give fuel to your body before any physical workout and drink adequate amount of water to stay hydrated and stop post-exercise cravings.
