There is energy in every substance in the universe. It is present in non-living things as well as in living things. Why, then is energy not visible to us?

we can not see air but can feel it .like that only we can not see energy but can feel it.science says that if we cannot see ,touch and feel a subtance that subtance do not exits in the universe! so this was my knowlage may be helpful

- Energy is just a physical quantity that expresses ability to do work.
- It's not an object like bat/ball that we can see.
- But we can appreciate certain forms of energy like light, sound, etc.
- We can see those objects which emit/reflect energy in visible spectrum.
