Why do you think does telangana does not receive any snow fall during winter months

telengana doesnt recieve snow fall during winter because its not an elevated area. and its in south .as we move up it gets coder and colder but telengana isnt at any up or elevate area so telengana doesnt recieve any snowfall during winter.
