NREGA (National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) is referred as right to work because people of rural areas don't get opportunity to work due to which date don't get money to earn their livelihood.
But Nrega offers them opportunity to work and are able to earn money.

In NREGA, if the government fails in its duty to provide employment it will give unemployment allowances to the people so it is, in effect giving the persons the right to work.
