Why do you think some liquids can conduct electricity while some cannot

SOME LIQUIDS CAN CONDUCT ELECTRICITY DUE TO PRESENCE OF SALT WHICH MAKES IONS IN THE LIQUIDS. THIS IS ALSO KNOWN AS ELECTROLYTES.
                          BUT SOME LIQUIDS HAVE NEGLEGIBLE SALT THATS WHY THEY PRODUCE VERY LESS AMOUNT OF IONS THEREFORE THEY CANNOT CONDUCT ELECTRICITY.

Some Liquids Can Conduct Electricity Due To Presence of salt Which Makes ions in The Liquids. ... But Some Liquids Have Neglegible Salts That's why They Produce Very Less amount of ions Therefore They Cannot Conduct Electricity.
