This is one of those folk magic tricks. The conch is an inanimate non-moving object, so it cannot swim up through the rice. Nor are there any unknown divine forces pushing it up.

The simplest possible explanation is rice, in the process of settling down in the bag (gravity), just slips past the smooth surface of the conch. Effectively the conch is of lighter density than the rice, so it doesn’t sink with the rice but instead stays in one place while the rest of the rice goes below it. This lifts up the conch through the rice.

This trick won’t work if the depth of the rice is 6–8″ or less. Nor will it work if one pushes the conch into a bag of rice in which the rice has already settled down.

Hope this answer helps to you✌️✌️
