why does a desert cooler cool better on a hot dry day

because evaporation occurs at any temperature and rate of evaporation is increased with the increase in temprature . Evaporation causes cooling effect and on a hot dry, desert cooler cool more than on a dry day due to increase in temprature.It causes more cooling
