in magic candle there is burning wick inside the wax with magnesium and the magnesium is covered with the wick and a parrafin layer which cools the magnesium ones we light up the paraffin will be burnt and the magnesium gas which can burn with the help of oxygen when we are blowing the magnesium react with the wick and oxygen in the air and burn again

YInstead the heat of the flame vapourises the wax then heats the vapour and the hot wax vapour reacts with oxygen to produce the flame. When you blow on a candle you are simultaneously diluting the wax vapour and cooling it below the point where the wax and air molecules can react
