we usually do not find fully grown plants in a nursery because some crops such as RICE is not directly sown in field instead they are first grown in nurseries and then transplanted to the fields for further growth.

Therefore , we usually do not find fully grown plants in nursery

Because they have to sell them. If make them a fully grown tree then it will difficult to pick it up and fully grown trees cant be replaced to one place to another.
