y = 4 |x + 5|

So,

y = 4(x + 5) \: if \: x >  - 5 \\ y =  - 4(x + 5)if \: x <  - 5

This is because, modulus takes only the positive version of the term inside it. So as if x is smaller than -5 then it will constitute a negative value and to make it positive we need to multiply it with -1.

Hope It Helps
