Why does all the water of the earth not get evaporated during hot summer days ? Give me short answer

all the water on the earth does not get evaporated because the earth has two homospheres ( north and south ) if it is summer in one hemisphere of it's earth & is winter in other . thus when water bodies are getting evaporated in one the other hemisphere stores water .
