ANS:- an electric cells have two terminals:- +ve charge and a negative charge
It is due to the bulb glows ..there is a flow of charge
These flow can only present when the charges are going in and coming out
And these charges cannont stay in the bulb .
So the two terminals are there or present

The bulbs have two terminals because, a circuit can be completed only when there are both the positive terminal as well as negative terminal, as the current flow is allowed only when the circuit is complete. Hence, the bulb has two terminals.
