hay everybody, here is the answer, · It is thus readily attacked by electrophiles [reagents deficient in electrons] rather than nucleophiles thus giving electrophilic substitution reactions.

Due to electron cloud containing 6-π electrons above and below the plane of the ring, benzene is a rich source of electrons. Consequently it attracts the electrophiles reagents towards it and repels nucleophilles reagents.as a result, benzene undergo electrophilic substitution reactions easily and nucleophilic substitution with difficulties.
