Why does bread tastes sweet on chewing..????

Due to the presence of glucose which is sweet in taste

When u chew it for sometime it will taste sweet as the saliva in our mouth absorbs or we say digest the starch present in the bread and turn it into small sugar (glucose) molecules which let the bread tastes sweet.
