Why does ice-cream appear cooler to the teeth then ice-cold water?​

Answer:

Because ice-cream is just a ice and ice has more tendency to absorb latent heat of sorrounding than ice-cold water.

So ice-cream absorb the heat of teeth and give a shoking chilled felling.
