Why does in broad leaved plants the stomata occur only in the lower surface whereas in narrow leaved plants the stomata are equally distributed

if transpiration increases then the plant will dry and die soon

broad leaf has a large surface are when compared to a narrow leaf so to avoid heavy transpiration stomata are present in lower side
