Mandela addressed the freedom as 'new born baby' because Africa had long been under the regime of 'apartheid'. After a long struggle, the blacks won a glorious victory under Nelson Mandela. The end of racial discrimination was a common victory for justice, peace and dignity. Therefore, It confered the glory and hope to new born liberty.
