Here's your answer

Clouds are made of water droplets. Within a cloud, water droplets condense onto one another, causing the droplets to grow. When these water droplets get too heavy to stay suspended in the cloud, they fall to Earth as rain. It is because of gravitation force of earth.

Rain falls from sky on ground due to water droplets becoming too heavy to remain on cloud.

  1. Clouds receive water from earth's surface through evaporation, in the form of water vapour. These evaporated water undergoes condensation and converts into liquid form.
  2. The tiny liquid water droplets now join together increasing in size and mass.
  3. Now, being too heavy they fall on ground due to gravitational force. Thus, we receive precipitation from sky on ground.
