why does the cooked food spoil faster than uncooked food give your reasons

cooked food contains water . water encourages growth of microbes . so I spoils fast



but uncooked food doesn't contain much water so there will be less growth of microbes and doesn't spoil fast


and also cooking soften the cell membranes so microbes enter easily and thus they get spoiled
