why does the fevikwik doesn't get sticked to the container it is stored in?

Feviquick doesn’t stick to the container yes it is right .why because feviquick contains cyanoacrylate polymer dissolved in organic solvents

When this organic solvent evaporates the glue sticks to the surface .when feviquick is in the bottle it doesn’t react with air or the organic solvent evaporates so when the the bottle is kept open for more time the organic solvent gets evaporated and sticks to gthe bottle it self
