The frog wanted the nightingale to puff her lungs out so as to earn money. Secondly the frog wanted her to be killed. Her voice was now uninspired and zipped , thrilled and bounced along. Her voice was now hoarse and unpleasnat. This was the reason why the frog wanted her to do so.

HEY DEAR.......
The nightingale wants to be successful and the frog decided to teach her how to sing. So he trains her day and night. The poor bird trembled with fear and slowly her voice looses its beauty and becomes harsh. So the creatures in the bog loose interest in her song and the income at the ticket counter also reduces. Hence in order to entertain his audience, the frog says the nightingale to sing with puffed up lungs and when she does that, bursts a vein and dies.
any doubts, please ask me in the comments.
I HOPE YOU FIND IT HELPFUL.
