In gases the force of attraction is almost negigible so the kinetic energy is greater . In liquids the force of attraction between particles is greater than gases so their kinetic energy is smaller than gases and in solids the attraction is the largest so their kinetic energy is almost negligible.

because solid particles have negligible move .
liquid particle have difference between them than solid
gas particle have more difference between them .
So the gas have more kinetic energy .
