Why does the lights bend near the Black Hole???

Anonymous: I thought the reason would be due to absorption spectra.

black hole is a region of spacetime fore which nothing can escape, not even lignt.because its has an extremely high gravitational field which suck in everything that get close to it

Black holes are celestial body which absorbs everything inside in it. It also absorbs light in it so I don't think that light bends near black holes.
