why does the moon does not fall on earth

Answer:

The Earth attracts it with the gravity but the Moon moves fast enough to avoid falling upon the Earth. If, for any strange reason, the Moon slowed its movement, it would fall upon Earth.

The moon does not fall on earth because it is an orbit.It has sufficient orbital velocity such that its orbital speed and rotation are fast enough that it continuously fights the gravitational pull of earth.
