Why does the Total Cost Curve never originate from the origin?​

because we know that in long run all costs are variable, but in the long run there are fixed and variable both costs are occured. and we also know that if we dont start any production then our variable cost become zero but fixed costs have some value. thats why under long run total cost curve start from the origin.
