Actually our body temperature is not always constant. Sometimes our body temperature will increase at the time we use to get heat stroke and sometimes our body temperature will reduce at that time we use to get Hypothermia.
In normal days, Our body temperature kept at constant by a process in our brain which is responsible for creating temperature in our body. So if the body temperature generated by us is equal to the body temperature lost by us then our body temperature is in constant. Increase or decrease in this ratio will lead to Heat stroke or Hypothermia.
