If two objects have different temperatures, heat will flow from the warmer object to the colderone. For instance, when you hold an ice cube, heat is transferred from your warm hand to the cold ice and melts it. Your hand feelscold because it is losing heat energy

hand feel cold when you hold an ice cube because as we know that the amount of heat lost by a body =amount of heat gain by a body therefore
when we hold an ice cube it being at lower temperature our body heat moves towards it so it gain heat and we lose heqt therefore we feel cold
