why don't birds get shock when then sit on power lines?? please answer this question as soon as possible

Blood is the conductor of the human body. In birds there is no blood present in their foot as in human body there is no blood in nails. So, it is proved that there is no blood in birds foot. So, they sit on the power lines.
Example= If you put your nail in little hot water you did not feel hot. If u put your whole finger then you feel hot.
