The three reasons elections in China are not conducted in a free and fair manner:
- Only single party rules all over China and therefore, it is called as ‘one-party system'.
- The party which controls entire China is known as ‘the communist party'.
- People are allowed to form their own parties but the legal system and the election board do not allow anyone to compete for free. They charge a high fee to participate and form a party.
It is not counted as a good political system because people do not have any options or rights.
