why farmers grow fruits in large green houses and what are their advantages?

All of the fruits and vegetables have a specific period of time around the year to grow namely Kharif, Rabi and Zaid. So, most of the crops can't be provided throughout the year but the demand continunes. So green houses are used which can help to stimulate the required environment for the crops to grow and supply them all round the year.

Advantages:-

1. Fruits and Vegetables can be supplied all round the year.

2. Only the set up cost is expensive later they have minimal expenditure.

3. Fresh fruits and vegetables can be provided.

As green house protects the plants to inside it from the climatic conditions outside and gives it suitable temperature for growth,.that is why farmers do so.

Through this they get many advantages like they have bountiful crops and their crops are also protected from  blowing wind,  birds and animals.....
