why fever is not measured by laboratory themometer and where clinical & laboratory thermometer both is used​

Explanation:

A laboratory thermometer cannot be used to measure our body because it has generally a range of -10°C to 110°C, while as normal body temperature is 37°C. Also, it does not has a kink, so mercury fall at its own.

Both clinical and laboratory thermometer can be used to measure temperature.
