Hello friend

Fishes are amphibians which only live in water and thus it has gills for its respiration. It cannot survive on land because of absence of lungs.So they cannot respire on land and hence not able to live on land.

Hey there!
==========================
✦ Fishes are aquatic animals. The mode of respiration of fish is different from those animals on land.
✦ Fish has gills, as it is an aquatic animal.it is mode of respiration in water
✦ On land, mode of respiration is lungs
✦ Thus absence of lungs, is why fish can't live outside water
✦ Fish takes dissolved oxygen from water, it doesn't respire direct oxygen

Thus, Fish can't live outside water because of the above mentioned reasons
