As we know the electronegativity order for halogens is

F>Cl>Br>I..and we know that the most electronegative atom can form the most acidic and stronger acids due to it's electronegative values...so here fluoroacetic acid is more stronger than iodoacetic acid

_______________

Flouroacetic acid is more stronger acid than iodoacetic acid

Because ......

Flourine is highly electronegative it withdraws electrons density on molecule towards it self .

This causes Oxygen of OH to to full electrons from alpha carbon and is busy in this which weakdns OH bond and it becomes easier to lose H .
