why goverment dont close the darkweb as i know it is dangrous and most of the illlegal things happen there

The Dark web is started and also sponsored by the government. The U.S. started the Tor Browser. The Dark web is necessity for the.government for the documents which is used by Government. The Dark web is also used to recruit intelligent peoples by the puzzles like Cicada. The agents for the agencies like F.B.I is recruited by Government and the Government is making efforts for shutting down many of onion websites
