If so,The grains which Are Harvested may contain Moisture ,With Helps in the Growth of Microorganisms in it ,That's why It is stored in Sun

Second if the crops Or grains is freshly harvested then it may be attacked by Microorganisms ,So it must be Stored under drying so that The crops will save and it will remain healthy
