under COPRA, three tier quasi - judicial machinery at the district , state and national levels was set up for redressal consumer disputes.
1. district level courts:
they deal with cases involving claims upto Rs. 20 lakh.
2. state level courts :
they deal with cases involving claims between Rs. 20 lakh to Rs. 1 crore.
3. national level courts:
they deal with cases which are exceeding Rs. 1 crore.

In India, with the implementation of COPRA, every citizen has the right to seek the court to get justice if he/she has been cheated.

*The District Court: It deals with cases of worth up to 20 lac.
*The State Court: It deals with cases of worth up to 1 crore.
*The Supreme Court: It deals with cases of worth above 1 crore.
