According to me H2O has higher boiling point than H2S so it remains in liquid form at room temperature whereas H2S has less boiling point so it remains liquid at room temperature.

Hey !!
Due to small size and high electronegativity of oxygen, molecules of water are associated through hydrogen bonding, resulting in its liquid state. On the other hand, H₂S molecule are not assosicated through H-bonding. Hence, it is a gas.
