Because in India most of people are Hindu but in Pakistan most of people are Muslim so on the basis of religion India and Pakistan have a troubled relationship.

It may be because of the hatred started at the time of partition in 1947.
Till then the relations between are trouble and have grown even worse due to some recent happenings..
