why HCL & HNO3 conduct electricity but bases do not

bvoz the are acids
acids contain H+ ions which conduct electricity

zebia: but bases also have H+ ions
sriyaaaa2004: bases have OH- ions
zebia: bases have both ions H+ and OH - ions
sriyaaaa2004: but the concentration of H+ ions is less in bases when compared to acids
