India is one the the fastest growing countries. But our population and governance makes us retain this tag of “Developing country” or “Newly Industrialized Country”.

India continued to rank low in the Human Development Index (HDI), but climbed five notches to the 130th rank in the latest UNDP report.

India ranks still very low in terms of statistics related to life expectancy.

India is very poor in the education aspect. When compared to education on the various states in India we can conclude that Kerala ranks first state in the literacy and the most sad thing is that Bihar, Jharkhand, J&K and UP are very poor in the poverty criteria.

and the corruption rate in india is also very high.

but still i have a lot of hope and we all indians should have that one day our india would raise to be a developed country in the world.....:)
