why iodine is morre soluble in KI solution than in H2O?

k(+)  +   I (-) = KI
so it give  I- ion 
KI solution contain I- ion which combined to form with I2 molecules to give I3 - ion because these have charge and can easily dissolve in water or polar solvent because in h20 it has polar bond so iodine is more soluble in ki solution than in h20 or water
