Agriculture is most absorbing sector because there are not much jobs created in the primary and tertiary sector. . also in rural areas there are large number of feilds which are then use for cultivation . large number of people in rural areas are illeterate sp they enege themseleves in agricultutral work for their income and survival .
as a result half of the workers in the country are working in the primary sector mainly in agriculture, producing only a quarter of the gdp. in contrast to the secondary and tertiary sector sector contribute three-fourth to the gdp whereas there are only less than half of the people are emplyoyed .
this means that most number of people in the agriculture sector are under employed . thus are employed disguisely . . his means that people are not giving their full potential in the work . the labour effect gets divided .each one is doing work but no one is fully employed. this is a situatuion where people are apparantely employed but all them are made to work less than their potential. this is called disguised employement .
thus disguised employement makes it worse .
