Northeast part of India experiences summer and the coldest winter till 0 degrees in parts of Arunachal Pradesh and few hilly areas. Rainfall is highest in Cherrapunji , Meghalaya. North India, humid subtropical climate. Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala are almost tropically dry climate area.
