the torque is larger for large diameter steering. Hence, it is easier to turn the steering wheel of large diameter than the steering wheel of small diameter with the same applied force. so It is easier to turn the steering wheel of a larger diameter than that of a smaller diameter

It is easier to turn the steering wheel of a large diameter than that of a small diameter because less force is applied on the steering of large diameter which is at a large distance from the centre of the rim.
